Delivery
• We ship our CBD Products in the Netherlands and abroad.
• Orders are delivered on Tuesdays to Saturdays; Deliveries on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays are unfortunately not possible.
• Delivery times are between 09.00 and 18.00.
• In busy periods, like during the holidays, it can occur that your product will be delivered in the evening hours.
Delivery times
For deliveries in the Netherlands a courier service is used which independently determines the delivery route and delivery time. This means we have no influence on the exact time at which the product is delivered at the delivery address.
Generally deliveries in the Netherlands are made after 1 working day. In Europe this is about 2 - 5 working days and outside of Europe you can expect the order to arrive in between 5 - 12 working days. Keep in mind that in busy periods, like for instance around the holidays, the shipment might be somewhat delayed.
Discreet shipping
All orders are packaged very discreetly in unmarked packaging on which no company logo is visible.
Free shipping
• FREE shipping in the whole of the Netherlands for orders above €25,-. Shipping costs for orders below €25,- are €2.50
• Shipping costs in Europe are €5,-. With orders above €50,- FREE shipping
• Outside of Europe the shipping costs are €10,-. With orders above €75,- FREE shipping
Order tracking through Track & Trace
When you have placed an order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code with which you can follow your order at any given moment and with which you will be able to see when the package will approximately be delivered.
Questions about the order If you still have any possible questions about the order please contact us through the Contact page. Thankfully it rarely occurs that an order does not arrive within a given time period. If this however
still occurs, despite all proper due attention from Cibiday or the courier company, contact us through the contact page so we can investigate this as soon as possible, and/or possibly send a new order without extra charge.
