Certificates concerning Cibiday CBD products
A certificate is a written testament in which it is shown that CBD oil products from Cibiday meet certain requirements which guarantee it possesses the proper quality. These proofs are issued by recognised bureaus and agencies, as for instance ENAC, CCPAE, Kiwa BCS and LJB Analysis Laboratories.
Measurements are made guided by certain set criteria, ensuring consumers can have a legitimate expectation that the product adheres to the quality standards it claims to meet. Through these certificates you can be assured that Cibiday has done its utmost in obtaining a quality enhancing product.
Organic soil is a requirement for certification
Hemp is a tough plant which grows fast and is not readily susceptible to plagues and diseases. This means no harmful pest controls like for example pesticides, insecticides or fungicides have to be used during the growth- and flowering period.
Despite this organic cultivation method much of hemp does not obtain a certification as organical cultivation because the plants were not grown on organic soil. On many parcels crop rotation is applied, also known as alternation of crops. Since with nearly all crops cultivated plant protection products and other harmful chemicals are used, the soil becomes saturated with toxic substances which can do harm to both humans and the environment.
Furthermore hemp is known for taking in heavy metals and all kinds of other toxic chemicals from the soil and also accumulating them. Hemp grown on contaminated soil is therefore not suitable for consumption. Only when hemp is grown exclusively or only other organically grown crops are used for crop rotation, will the hemp receive a certificate for organic cultivation.
Certified organic Futura 75 hemp
The Futura 75 hemp, which is used in many of our CBD oil products, is grown on a clean, uncontaminated soil in the Alpujarras mountains in Spain. Certificate organic cultivation and processing
The certificate below for organic cultivation and processing was issued by the Catalan Council of Organic Production (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica), or in short CCPAE from Spain. The CCPAE is the official supervisory body of Catalonia that concerns itself with the monitoring and certification of organic foodstuffs from this region.
The company is supported by the Ministery of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Natural Environment of the Government of Catalonia. The organic certification guarantees that the products were manufactured and processed according to the set guidelines for organic agriculture and are subject to stringent checks during the entire process of manufacturing, processing and packaging.

Organically certified olive oil in Cibiday products
In a large number of Cibiday CBD oil products we use extra virgin olive oil from the Spanish company Oliflix. This is a small-scale company located in the county of Flix which is in the province of Tarragona in the Catalonia region. This completely organic oil, which in recent years has won no less than three awards for the best quality olive oil, is subjected to extensive analytic tests.
Besides this this high quality product has received a certificate for being a 100% organic. This written statement shows that during the entire cultivation process no substances were used which could have a negative effect on human- and animal welfare.
